However, if your volunteer opportunities are listed on the Benevity Causes Portal (BCP), you have the ability to edit them directly without needing to contact support.

How long are volunteer opportunities active on the platform?
Volunteer opportunities do not have an expiration date unless you specify an end date when creating the opportunity.
You can request changes, updates, or deletions at any time by contacting the Nonprofit Engagement team. If the opportunity has been completed or is no longer relevant, please let us know so we can remove it.
How many volunteer opportunities can I submit?
There is no limit to the number of volunteer opportunities your nonprofit can create on Alaya by Benevity. You are free to submit as many opportunities as needed to meet your organization’s goals and engage corporate volunteers.
How to update your nonprofit profile on Alaya by Benevity?
Your nonprofit’s information is automatically pulled from the Benevity Causes Portal. To make updates to your profile, please reach out to your Nonprofit Engagement representative, who can assist in making the necessary changes.
