How to Verify Your Profile – USA

It’s important that we verify the identities of all recipient organizations using our portal, both for your own security and that of our clients. To access detailed donor information and disbursement summary reports, and to unlock the customizable features of your profile, please provide us with the following verification documents to confirm your ability to administer this profile on behalf of your organization:

Email these required documents to charities@benevity.org:

  • A copy of your organization's Tax-Exempt Status Letter from the IRS; AND
  • A letter on your organization's letterhead confirming your authority to administer this account OR a copy of a VOID check stating your organization's name and address.

Once verified, you will receive a confirmation email, and the next steps to further enhance your profile.
