Two Factor Authentication: As part of our continued improvement to our security measures in the Benevity Causes Portal, we are phasing a release of Two-Factor Authentication. Set-up may be prompted and required to login and access your account.
When setting up two-factor authentication, the 'Mobile phone number' field requires a specific format prefixed by your country code, which is selected from a drop-down menu.
Email set-up is not available at this time, set up must be to a mobile device that can receive SMS messages.
