Receiving Disbursement summary emails

Each month, nonprofits receive an email summary of electronic fund transfer (EFT) disbursements from the previous month. However, these emails do not include donor details, which are available in the disbursement reports, nor do they reflect pending donations, which can be tracked using the donation activity tracker. Learn more about our disbursement cycle.

When are disbursement summary emails sent?

Disbursement summary emails are sent on the 5th of every month at 12:00 am UTC exclusively to the primary administrator of your nonprofit’s profile. While additional users can be added to your cause profile to help track donations or access reports, they will not receive these emails.

Updating your email for notifications

If you recently updated the primary email on your account but still received the notification at your previous address, the update will automatically take effect the following month. This occurs when the change was made after the most recent email cycle had already been processed.

Will all users receive the summary emails?

No, only the primary account holder will receive the summary emails. While you can add additional users to your cause profile for tracking donations or accessing reports, they will not be included in these email communications.

Disbursement notification exceptions

Nonprofits in the following countries will not receive the new EFT disbursement notifications, as disbursements in these regions are processed through a different banking partner: Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Cambodia, Cameroon, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Mozambique, Nepal, Paraguay, Serbia, and Uganda.
