Receiving electronic payment notifications

Starting on September 5, 2024, we will be sending disbursement notifications by email, beginning with disbursements from the UK Online Giving Foundation (UKOGF).

Nonprofits receive an email each month giving a high-level summary of electronic fund transfers (EFT) and check disbursements from the previous month. It is important to note that these emails don’t include donor information, which can be found in the disbursement reports, or donations that haven’t yet been sent, which can be monitored using the donation activity tracker. Payment notification emails are sent to the primary administrator of your profile on the 5th of every month at 12:00 am UTC. While you can add additional users to your cause profile to help track donations or access reports, they won’t receive these emails.
