How do I add my organization's logo, a summary, a description, a website or links to social media?

To increase your exposure to potential donors, we recommend you provide as much information as possible on your profile. You can enhance your profile with the following:

Charity Description – This should be a detailed description of your organization; the summary is a shorter high-level description of your mission. (This section is limited to 1024 characters)

Summary – Think mission statement! This is the place to share a high-level summary of what your organization does. (This section is limited to 10240 characters)

Logo – A picture is worth a thousand words! Please note the file must be less than 32 MB, the images must be larger than 223X153 pixels, and the allowed file types are: png, gif, jpg, and jpeg.

Online Presence – Share links to your website, Twitter and Facebook.

You can update these details and add information about your organization any time by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the Causes Portal.
  2. Click on ‘Charity Profile’ on the left-hand side menu.
  3. Select ‘Edit Charity Profile’.
  4. Update your organization’s details, scroll down and click ‘Save’.

Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for the changes to appear. If the profile is not yet verified, the changes will not show up until this step is completed.
