How do I change the main user of the profile?

If you are the current administrator of your profile, you can change the associated username, email address, password, and contact information by following these steps:

  • Sign in to the Causes Portal
  • Select the 'Settings' tab from the left-side menu
  • Select the 'Edit' tab at the top of the page and enter the ‘Current Password
  • Enter the new username, email address, new password, and contact information
  • Once complete, select 'Save'
