If you are the current administrator of your profile, you can change the associated username, email address, password, and contact information by following these steps:
- Sign in to the Causes Portal
- Select the 'Settings' tab from the left-side menu
- Select the 'Edit' tab at the top of the page and enter the ‘Current Password’
- Enter the new username, email address, new password, and contact information
- Once complete, select 'Save'
If you’re not sure who’s currently managing the profile but would like to have access, please contact our support team to receive new login credentials.
