The information you receive when someone signs up for your volunteer event may vary, depending on the software the volunteer is using. Benevity now has multiple products for employee engagement, Spark and Alaya by Benevity. Alaya joined Benevity in 2021 and their network of companies, users and nonprofits.
Here’s how you will know who has signed up for your event based on the software program the Benevity client is using.
In Spark, Benevity’s volunteer platform:
When someone signs up for your event, the volunteer opportunity’s contact, provided when creating the opportunity, receives an automated email notification from donotreply@benevity.org. Currently, there is no way in the Causes Portal to view a list of registered volunteers. We recommend that you keep track of the notification emails.

In Alaya by Benevity’s volunteer platform:
When someone signs up for your event, Alaya’s Nonprofit Success team will email you directly. They will help you connect with the volunteers so that both your organization and the volunteers have all the details they need.
