My Benevity Grants login credentials aren't working

Please note that this article is specific to Grants by Benevity, and not the Benevity Causes Portal. 

Application submitted:

If you submitted the application, you will not be able to use your login credentials, as your username and password will be deactivated after submission.

Cannot remember password/username:

If you do not remember your auto-generated username and password, please contact our support team.

Please note that each time you start a new application, a new username and password will be assigned to it, so please record this. Once the application has been submitted, the login credentials will no longer be active.

Not enough progress:

Depending on how much progress you made in the application, your username and password may not have saved. As well, if you have not logged in for over 30 days, your application will be archived. If you do not remember your auto-generated username and password, please contact our support team.
