Self-Certification Declaration Question 2 and 2(a)

Within the Self-Certification Declaration, Question 2 and Question 2(a) read:

2 For clarity, Discrimination in this Question includes (but is not limited to) hiring and employment policies or practices that Discriminate against a person or group of people on the basis of their sexual orientation or gender identity, even if such policies and practices are permitted under applicable law.'

Answering "Yes" to question 2 would mean that your organization does discriminate against people/groups in your hiring practices, conduct, programs, services or in any other aspect of your operations or activities on the basis of that person or group of peoples personal characteristics or attributes. 

Answering "No" to question 2 would mean that your organization does NOT discriminate against people/groups in your hiring practices, conduct, programs, services or in any other aspect of your operations or activities on the basis of that person or group of people's personal characteristics or attributes. 

'2(a) Is Your Organization a religious or faith-based organization exempt from applicable laws that otherwise prohibit such Discrimination?'

Answering "Yes" to question 2(a) would mean that your organization is a religious or faith-based organization exempt from applicable laws that otherwise prohibit such discrimination

Answering "No" to question 2(a) would mean that your organization is NOT a religious or faith-based organization exempt from applicable laws that otherwise prohibit such discrimination
