I am not receiving the password reset email

Password resets can only be sent to email addresses that are registered in the Causes Portal. After requesting a new password, watch for an email sent either to your inbox or spam folders, as this will contain a link to reset your credentials.

To ensure you receive all our emails, please add "@benevity.org" to your list of safe senders to prevent them from being blocked or filtered into spam.

If you did not receive the password reset email within 5 minutes, this likely means that your email address is not registered in the Causes Portal. Learn more about recovering an account if your organization’s profile is already claimed.
