I am not receiving the password reset email

This article will assist you with resetting your password from the Benevity Causes Portal. If you do not receive a password reset email, the email address on file may be different than the email address you are inputting into the reset field. If so, please contact our support team for further assistance.

Password reset requests are only sent to email addresses already registered with a profile in the Benevity Causes Portal. If you enter an unregistered email address, we cannot send the password reset email. Please double-check your spam and junk folders for the password reset email and if you still did not receive it please contact our support team to receive new login credentials.
