Why haven't I received a response to my Volunteering Opportunity Form submission?

Yes, that's completely normal. Once an activity is submitted, our team conducts a thorough review to ensure it aligns with our quality standards and meets the needs of the organizations we support.

If it's been more than a week and you haven't heard from us, your submission may not have met the criteria to be featured in the Volunteering Catalogue.

Our review process is guided by the following criteria:

  • Evergreen or recurring: Opportunities that are always available or offered regularly, so volunteers can jump in anytime.
  • Unskilled: Activities that don't require special training or expertise—open to all.
  • One-session: Something that can be completed in a single sitting, making it easier for people to commit.
  • Group-friendly: Perfect for teams or corporate groups. In fact, 67% of our users are specifically looking for team volunteering options.

If your activity meets the criteria, you're welcome to resubmit it here.
