How it Works
As our corporate partners opt into this weekly cadence, many nonprofits will begin receiving donations in as little as 14 to 21 days from the time of the initial donation - a significant shift from the previous 45 to 60-day average.
Because this depends on individual corporate partners activating the weekly cycle, you may notice some donations arriving much faster than others.
This accelerated timeline now applies to both grants and employee donations across our global foundations.

- Easier reconciliation: While donations arrive more often, we have launched reporting enhancements within the new Fund Management Suite to make your reconciliation easier than ever.

Not necessarily. The timing depends on the specific program settings of your corporate partners. While Benevity’s infrastructure now supports this accelerated speed, each corporate partner chooses the disbursement cadence that fits their specific giving goals.
How do I know if a donation is following the faster timeline?
You may notice funds arriving more frequently throughout the month. You can track these real-time statuses — from “Accumulating” to “Completed” — directly on your new Forecasting Dashboard in the Causes Portal.
Do I need to change my reconciliation process?
Because donations may arrive more frequently, we’ve introduced a new Disbursement Reporting & Export Tool. This allows you to select multiple disbursement rows and download them as a single, unified CSV file, making it easy to match high-frequency deposits to your bank statement without manual merging.
Is there a cost to access these new financial tools?
No. The Fund Management Suite and the infrastructure for faster disbursements are part of our ongoing commitment to supporting the nonprofit community.
