The Apple Developer Team ID will be sent to you by Apple when your organisation is approved to receive the development kit. You can direct any issues or questions about Apple Pay or the developer application process to the Apple Support Team.
To view your Apple Developer Programme Team ID, sign in to your account on the Apple Developer website. If you’re using a Payment Service Provider (PSP) to enable Apple Pay, your PSP will provide you with a suitable Team ID.
