To request a cheque reissue, please contact support with the cheque number or disbursement ID. Reissues can take up to 90 days, so check your post box and local post office for delays.
In your reports, the ‘Period End Date’ marks the last day for donations in the monthly disbursement. For instance, the period ending December 31 includes donations from December 1 to December 31, with disbursement at the end of January. Cheques can be reissued within 150 days (5 months) after disbursement; after that, they will be voided.
How do I update my mailing address?
If your organisation’s profile is set up to receive cheques, they are mailed to the address listed in your account. To edit your organisation’s mailing address:
- Sign in to the Causes Portal.
- Select ‘Cause Profile’ on the left-hand side menu.
- Select ‘Edit Cause Profile’.
- Update your organisation’s mailing details.
- Once complete, select ‘Save’.
