FCRA ACCOUNT INFORMATION:

Valid Supporting Documentation:

  • Official letter from your banking institution: Typed on your bank’s letterhead and signed and/or stamped by an authorized officer at the bank. Please upload the document in a secure format, such as a PDF

 

This document must show the following specified and typed items:

  • Account Currency: INR
  • Account Holder Name (Beneficiary)
  • FCRA Account Number
  • Bank Name
  • Bank Address
  • IFSC Code
  • SWIFT/BIC Code

 

NON-FCRA (Domestic) ACCOUNT INFORMATION:

Valid Supporting Documentation:

  • Official letter from your banking institution: Typed on your bank’s letterhead and signed and/or stamped by an authorized officer at the bank. Please upload the document in a secure format, such as a PDF

 

This document must show the following specified and typed items:

  • Account Currency: INR
  • Account Holder Name (Beneficiary)
  • Non-FCRA Account Number
  • Bank Name
  • Bank Address
  • IFSC Code

 

Please supply two letters; one for your FCRA account and a second for your Non-FCRA (Domestic) account. Once you have these two letters, follow the steps below to submit your EFT Application. Please ensure the information entered on the form corresponds to the information on the supporting document.

  • Log in to the Causes Portal: https://causes.benevity.org/
  • Click on the'Donation Method' tab on the left-hand side menu
  • Select the‘Update Donation Payment Method’ button
  • Fill out the blank fields as directed
  • Upload a supporting bank document and ensure the information provided on the form matches the information on the supporting document
  • Review the information and click‘Submit’
