If you export a single disbursement report from the Reporting page, the file is immediately downloaded to your device.
After exporting a report for multiple disbursements, the file is processed in the background, allowing you to continue using the portal. Processing time depends on the number of reports and the volume of transactions selected. You can download your combined report from the Exports page in the left navigation sidebar when logged in to your Causes Portal account.
If the export does not immediately appear on the Exports page, wait a few moments and refresh, as large files may require additional processing time. If the issue persists after a few minutes, you should try the export again or contact Benevity Support.

Be aware that export links are stored temporarily and are available for only 7 days; you must download your files promptly after they are ready, as older links will expire.
