All tracked/submitted volunteer time is manually reviewed by Program Administrators. The timeline for when you can expect volunteer hours to be reviewed is dependent on two factors:
- The number of pending requests;
- Any additional time required to verify the submission.
These factors can extend the review process and may explain why a request has not yet been confirmed. Benevity considers 2-4 weeks to be a rough timeline, and we suggest allowing up to 6 weeks should special circumstances arise.
When volunteer time meets eligibility requirements and has been approved, Benevity issues the rewards in the next disbursement cycle, which will occur the month following the approval. For example, if submissions are reviewed and approved in the month of May, the rewards will be disbursed to your organization at the end of June.
