Donations, corporate matches, and rewards move through each client's program on a schedule that depends on that client's setup (weekly or monthly). Once aggregated, funds are disbursed to your organisation. Typical timelines are:
- Monthly disbursement cycle: funds are usually disbursed by the end of the month following the donation. For example, donations made in January are typically disbursed by the end of February.
- Weekly disbursement cycle: funds are typically disbursed within 14–21 days of the donation being made, depending on when during the weekly commit period the donation occurred.
