Assuming approval, Gift Aid payments are typically disbursed to your organization quarterly. For example, Gift Aid submissions made between January and March are often sent around the end of April. As these payments are sent by Charitable Giving and contingent upon HM Revenue & Customs approval, there is no corresponding report available in the Causes Portal.
