How is a sub-user verified?

All sub-user email addresses must be verified when created under your nonprofit's account to ensure that sub-users are securely granted account access.

How It Works

  1. When a sub-user account is created, an email with a verification link is sent to the sub-user.
  2. Three reminder emails will be sent within 24 hours if not verified immediately.
  3. The sub-user can access the account for up to 24 hours without verifying their email.
  4. If the email is not verified within 24 hours, the sub-user is blocked and notified with a new verification link.
  5. The verification link remains active for one week.
  6. If the link expires, the support team can manually unblock the sub-user from their profile.

Troubleshooting

  • If the verification email is not received, check spam/junk folders.
  • Ensure the email address is correctly formatted.
  • If the verification link has expired, contact support for assistance.
