All cause representatives must have their own login credentials to log in to the Causes Portal. You can add subuser accounts for additional access. This ensures the privacy and protection of confidential information found within a cause profile.
If you have already created a user account in the Causes Portal but have forgotten your password:
- Go to the Causes Portal.
- Select Login.
- Select I forgot my username or password.
- Enter your account email.
- Select Email new password.
- Check your inbox and spam folders for an email with the subject line “Password reset for Benevity Causes”.
- Select the Reset your password link from within the email to be redirected to your Benevity account where you can update your password or username.
