You can link more than one non-profit profile to the same Benevity Causes Portal account. Contact Support to request an additional profile, then switch profiles with Currently Managing after approval.
Follow these steps:
- Contact Support or chat with Georgie in the Help Centre, providing the following information about your non-profit:
- Organisation's name
- Organisation's address
- Organisation's website
- Organisation's email
- Registered charitable or tax ID number
- A brief description of your organisation's mission
- Provide three documents:
- Government documentation showing your charitable or tax-exempt status
- A letterhead document from a signing authority confirming that the individual is authorised to manage the organisation's Benevity non-profit profile
- A void cheque or bank document from your organisation's account
- Wait while Benevity reviews your information. If approved, your existing user account is associated with the new profile.
- Switch between profiles using the Currently Managing dropdown.
