How do I edit my organisation's address within the profile?

You can update your organisation's address and other information on your cause profile at any time by following these steps:

  1. Log in to the Causes Portal
  2. Click on Cause Profile on the left-hand side menu
  3. Select Edit Cause Profile
  4. Update your organisation's details, then click Save

Please note, it can take up to 24 hours for the changes to appear. For non-profit organisations in Canada and the United States, it is essential to keep the address listed on your profile accurate and current, as this address will be used for any cheque disbursements.
