Who should register an account with Benevity?

We take security and fraud prevention seriously and have measures in place to make sure that we can verify that your organization is legitimate and that the registrant is a legitimate representative of the organization. The registrant should have access to the following documents to complete the registration successfully: 

  • A letter from a signing officer, executive-level individual or board member confirming your authority to administer this account.
  • A copy of a bank statement from your organization or a VOID cheque with your organization's name and address on it.
