You can link more than one nonprofit profile to the same Benevity Causes Portal account. Contact Support to request an additional profile, then switch profiles with Currently Managing after approval.
Follow these steps:
- Contact Support or chat with Georgie in the Help Centre, providing the following information about your nonprofit:
- Organization's name
- Organization's address
- Organization's website
- Organization's email
- Registered charitable or tax ID number
- A brief description of your organization's mission
- Provide three documents:
- Government documentation showing your charitable or tax-exempt status
- A letterhead document from a signing authority confirming that the individual is authorized to manage the organization's Benevity nonprofit profile
- A void check or bank document from your organization's account
- Wait while Benevity reviews your information. If approved, your existing user account is associated with the new profile.
- Switch between profiles using the Currently Managing dropdown.
