Within the Benevity Causes Portal there can only be one profile per charitable registration number. If you are a chapter of a larger organization that operates under one charitable registration number, your chapter can be added as a Project under the main profile.
The administrator of the main profile can add individuals from different chapters as sub-users. If you’d like to gain access to the profile, please contact our support team for further assistance.
